She received additional fame for her roles in the roles of Edna Braithwaite in Downton Abbey and as Susan Hart in Ripper Street. She first began appearing in The Witcher, a Netflix Sci-Fi series. Blackout, Agatha Christie's Marple, Prey, Dag, In The Dark, Killers Anonymous, among others among others, have been her roles. She has also been featured in a variety of television shows, including The Impossible Planet and Twelfth Night.
