Christina Haack, born on 7 July 1983, in Anaheim California. Her first job after leaving school was in the field of real estate. This is how she met her future husband Tarek El Moussa. Following the 2008 collapse of the stock market the real estate market was hit hard by investors as well as home flippers were unable to make their profits. Tarek El Moussa almost eliminated due to the 2008 market crash. They moved from the cost of a house that was $6,000 per month, to a house that cost $700 a month. The economy and their businesses slowly rebounded. HGTV & Rise to Fame Tarek asked an acquaintance to create an HGTV audition film in the year 2011, which featured the duo of him as well as Christina flipping the entire house. The tape landed in the executive offices of the production company Pie Town Productions. They fell in love Tarek and Christina. They signed an official agreement with HGTV in 2012. The show "Flip of Flop", premiered on April 13, 2013. Between 2013 and 2017, 92 episodes broadcast over the course of seven seasons. On the show, Christina and Tarek would purchase properties, usually homes with a moderate income in Orange County, and would follow up with several weeks making upgrades so they could sell the home in order to earn a profit. Tarek does the deconstruction and remodeling while Christina concentrates on style as well as making sure the project is on time.
